is it possible to eat meat and care about the environment?

(of course, especially if you are starving and have no choices, for instance in guantanamo, or a place of no agriculture, or a prison, or an un-eco hospital, where else?  what else could excuse the carbon footprint . . . .? not that i care about guitig people.  i like people a lot, but i rather not hang out with primate torturers or meat eaters . . .  due to the spiritual auras of the dead and tortured which commingle in their presence)

what a clown!

i love his nice writing style and his quest for sincerity.  i appreciate the praise he lavished on vegans as eco-heroes even when he couldn't control his taste for meat.

it was at east an intellectual appreciation!

i am 17 years off meat and still not dead!!!!!!
its important to me to note while the environmental advantages of vegan diet are great---my personal motive is very simply, that i am so totally seriously grossed out by eating corpses that there is no way i could without a lobotomy or soul extraction-----even if eating meat were good for the planet.

ideally eating local oregon farmed fresh picked produce would be my ideal.

and some oregon walnuts or rice.

but i really prefer juice which is more ecologically tolling---and i try to avoid the excessively processed plastic wrapped vegan fake cheese and such---but admit some of it is tasty.
